          Exercise Description:
A good golf swing begins with solid foundation of balance and stabilization of your core muscles.
           Classification:
Abdominal Core, Core Stabilization, Golf Specific Training, Hockey Specific Training
          Instruction:
Start: Lying on back, knees bent, heels on floors, hands with fingers touching your temples.
Up: Keeping your heels touching the floor, flex abdomen to curl your torso towards your thighs, with upper back coming off the floor until you 
          Side Note:
Repeat for 1 to 3 sets of 10 to 16 reps
