45-Degree Lunges with TheraGear® Ankle Tubes

Instruction:
Stand in neutral with TheraGear® Ankle Tubes around ankles and a dumbbell in each hand. Step right foot back at a 45-degree angle into a lunge, keeping chest facing forward. Return to starting position, then step left leg back in the opposite direction. Release and repeat.
