Ab Crunch and Body Rotation with Theragear® Core Disk works the abs, abdominal core and obliques

Instruction:
Lie face up with TheraGear® Core Disk under low back, knees bent and feet on floor. Cross arms over chest, hands to opposite shoulders. Move ribcage to pelvis as you lift mid back off Core Disk then rotate the body as far as possible. Move back to center position then rotate in the other direction. Release and repeat.

Repeat 8 to 15 times
