Instruction:
Lying on your back, place your feet on the the Theragear Core Disc. Raise your hips so that only your head and shoulders are touching the floor. Lower your pelvic to the floor and then lift the pelvic up again .The supine bridge focuses on the gluteal muscles. Stronger gluteals help maintain pelvic control.
To increase intensity you can lift one leg up
