Swan with TheraGear® Core Disk

Instruction:
Lie face down with pelvis and lower ribs on TheraGear® Core Disk, arms and legs extended on floor. Inhale in a neutral position. Exhale as you draw navel to spine and raise chest and arms off floor. Inhale and imagine extending the spine. Exhale as you return to starting position. Do not over arch back; visualize lengthening spine rather than lifting to ceiling.
