Swan II with Swiss Exercise Ball

Instruction:
Lie face down with pelvis and ribcage on TheraGear® Exercise ball, palms and toes touching floor. Inhale in a neutral position. Exhale as you draw navel to spine and raise legs to hip height. Inhale and imagine extending the spine. Exhale as you return to starting position. Do not over arch back; visualize lengthening spine rather than lifting to ceiling.
