Bridge Twist With Partner on Swiss Exercise Ball with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

Instruction:
Begin with the Swiss Exercise Ball stabilizing the body. Maintain a supine bridge, keeping the head suspended, eyes to the ceiling, and neck in line with the spine. The arms are extended above the chest, but kept together. The partner will stand to one side, and push on the exercisers arms. The person holding the TheraGear® Power Weight Balls attempts to maintain the start position, resisting the push. Repeat for sets, then switch sides, and repeat.
