Angle Swing and Squat with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

Instruction:
Start in a squat position, arms extended down from the chest, TheraGear® Power Weight Balls together, palms facing inward. Keep the arms rigid and the palms together throughout the movement. As you extend to a standing position, twist and reach the TheraGear® Power Weight Balls up to one side above the shoulder, twisting the torso to follow the arms. Return to the start position, following the movement in reverse, so that you are back to a squat. Repeat the movement, but twist to the opposite side following the same procedure as before. Return to start and repeat for sets.
