Exercise Description:
Arm Curl Theragear® Physio Toner
Classification:
Biceps
Instruction:
Stand in a staggerd stance with handle under one foot. Grasp the other handle and bend elbow and lift arm towards chest. Keeping elbow close to your body.
Perform 3 set of 8-12 repetitions.
Rest 30-60 seconds between each set.
Side Note:
If unable to accomplish 8 repetitions, choose a lighter resistance.
