Yoga: Intermediate to advanced warrior one

Instruction:
Bend your right knee and place the left foot at a 45-degree angle. Inhale and reach your arms up towards the sky looking forward or looking up. Wrap the left hip around to meet the right hip so both hips are facing forward. Feet are hip-width apart. Pull the navel in towards the spine and lift the pelvic floor muscles. Keep the front knee at a 90-angle. Press the outside edge of the foot into the floor while evenly pushing down through your right foot. Drop the ribcage down and don't allow the shoulders to raise up towards the ears. Maintain this posture for 5 to 10 breaths. Gently arch the spine.
