Supine Hip Extension with TheraGear® Core Disk

Instruction:
Lie face up on a mat with both feet on the TheraGear® TheraGear® Core Disk, knees bent 45 degrees and arms extended by your sides on the floor. Slowly lift hips off the floor toward the ceiling until the shoulders, hips and knees line up. To intensify, cross arms over chest and/or perform hip extension with one leg lifted.
