Supine Chest Press with Swiss Exercise Ball and TheraGear® Body Toning Bar

Instruction:
Start with your head and shoulder blades on the Swiss Exercise Ball, hips parallel to the floor. While exhaling push the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar away from your chest until arms are straight but not locked. Inhale, return TheraGear® Body Toning Bar to chest. Keep bellybutton pulled in toward spine and hips parallel to the floor while performing this exercise. Repeat 10-12 times.
