Seated Overhead Extension on TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro with dumbbells

Instruction:
This is an advanced exercise. Sit with proper posture on the TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro, holding a dumbbell in your right hand. Place your left hand on your left hip. Lift the right arm overhead and bend arm at the elbow until the dumbbell is positioned behind the head. Your right elbow should be pointing toward the ceiling. Slowly extend the arm until it is straight. Release. Complete set and repeat left side. To intensify, perform the same movement with one foot lifted off the floor.
