Stationary Lunge with Punches with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

Instruction:
Starting from a stationary lunge position, start with both TheraGear® Power Weight Balls extended forward from the shoulder. As you drop through the back knee into the lunge, punch forward with one arm, while pulling back with the other. Drop back to the start of the lunge and return the arms to the starting position. Switch sides after sets.
