Stationary Lunge with Forward and Backward Raise with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

Instruction:
Starting from a stationary lunge position, start with one TheraGear® Power Weight Ball extended forward from the shoulder, while the other is behind. As you drop through the back knee into the lunge, raise the TheraGear® Power Weight Balls out to the side, keeping the arms rigid. Drop back to the lunge and return the arms to mid shoulder level. Finish the movement in the starting position. Do both sides.
