Standing Reversed Shoulder Stretch with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar

Instruction:
Start with feet hip-width apart and place a palm onto the top of the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar. Bend over from the hips maintaining a neutral and straight spine, keep the arms straight and allow the chest to fall down toward the floor to further the stretch. Hold for 45 seconds to a minute.
