Exercise Description:
Supine Triceps Extension with Swiss Exercise Ball and TheraGear® Body Toning Bar

Instruction:
Start with your head and shoulder blades on the Swiss Exercise Ball and keep the hips parallel to the ground. Grip the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar, with the palms facing away from the body. Start with the arms straight up, keep the elbows in, slowly lower the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar toward the forehead and don't let the elbows fall to the side. Exhale push the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar away from you until arms reach back to the starting position. Repeat 10-15 times.
