Split Squat on TheraGear® Board with TheraGear® Core Disk

Instruction:
Place TheraGear® Board on TheraGear® Core Disk. Position right foot on board and left foot on the floor behind you, heel up. Slowly lower the left knee toward the floor, making sure the right knee stays over the right ankle. At the bottom of the movement, the left knee should be under or slightly behind the left hip. Return to starting position and repeat with left foot on board.
