Seated Lateral Raise with Rotations with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball on Swiss Exercise Ball

Instruction:
Start seated on the Swiss Exercise Ball with an upright posture. Contract the abdominals and grip onto the TheraGear® Power Weight Balls. Slowly raise both arms to the side, palms facing down. Keep the abdominals contracted and arms straight out, twist from side to side. Repeat 10 to 20 times.
