One-Leg Circle with TheraGear® Core Disk

Instruction:
Lie face up on mat with TheraGear® Core Disk under low back and hips. Inhale with pelvis in neutral, left leg extended on floor and right leg extended to ceiling (with foot aligned over hip). If your hamstrings are tight, slightly bend right leg. Exhale and rotate from the ribcage, using the abdominals to swing your right leg in a circular motion: extended to the left, down, to the right and back to a neutral pelvis position. Repeat other side.
