Exercise Description:
Lateral Bend with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar

Instruction:
Begin with feet hip-width apart and place the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar behind the neck resting on the upper trapezius. Contract the abdominals and slowly bend to the side imagining being between 2 pieces of plexi glass. Maintain and upright posture and keep the knees soft. Repeat 16 to 20 times.
