One arm Triceps Extension, kneeling on Swiss Exercise Ball with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar

Instruction:
Start by standing on the ground feet hip-width apart or sitting on a TheraGear® Exercise Ball, or for more advanced, kneeling on a Swiss Exercise Ball. Start with gripping onto a light TheraGear® Body Toning Bar, keeping elbow in one line with shoulder. Keep the bicep in contact with the side of the head. Keeping abdominals engaged, exhale slowly lift TheraGear® Heavy Bar until arm is straight. Hold for 2 seconds and slowly release back to starting position. Repeat 10 to 12 times.
