Kneeling Triceps Extension on Swiss Exercise Ball with TheraGear® Power Weight Balls

Instruction:
Start in an upright kneeling position on the Swiss Exercise Ball, arms extended downward. Maintaining a stable, unmoving kneeling position, raise the arms above the shoulder, palms facing forward. Bending only at the elbows let the forearm lower the TheraGear® Power Weight Ball to the outside of the ear, then return to the start position. Be mindful of keeping the elbows stable, not letting them sway side to side, or forward and back. Repeat for sets.
