Hamstring Pull on TheraGear® Exercise Ball with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

Instruction:
Begin from a supine bridge position, heels on TheraGear® Exercise Ball, shoulders on floor, body maintaining a neutral position. Arms are to the side for support. Place the TheraGear® Power Weight Ball on one foot, leg extended out, hovering over the exercise ball. With the leg on the exercise ball, pull the heel toward the hips, keeping the suspended leg rigid. Try to keep the hips as neutral as possible, allowing most of the movement to come from the bending leg. Repeat with both legs.
