Dynamic Horse Stance on Swiss Exercise Ball

Instruction:
This is a very advanced exercise — do not attempt unless you can safely balance on the ball. Balance yourself on your hands and knees on top of the TheraGear® exercise ball. Contract the abdominals and slowly straighten right leg behind you, turning your foot slightly out. Extend left arm in front of you, thumb up. Release and repeat with left leg and right arm.
