Instruction:
Start from a ball bridge position, body weight centralized to the top of the shoulder blades while the hips shoulders and knees are maintained in parallel alignment. Keep the knee directly above the heel. The arms are rigid with a slight bend at the elbow, and extended out to the side from the shoulder.. The weight should not drop below the shoulder. Maintaining a stable position on the Swiss Exercise Ball, slowly raise the arms above the chest, continuing the movement until the weights come to the outside of each opposing shoulder. Reverse the movement and return to the start position.
