Crunch on Swiss Exercise Ball with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar

Instruction:
Rest the mid-back on the Swiss Exercise Ball with the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar resting on the upper shoulders while crossing the arms to secure the bar. Tuck the chin in gently and place the tongue on the roof of the mouth. Exhale slowly and raise up toward the ceiling three quarters of the way up. Hold for 2 seconds and slowly return to starting position. Repeat 15 to 20 times.
