Exercise Description:
Mid Back Pull with Theragear® Physio Toner

Classification:
Back, Rhomboids

Instruction:
Stand hips apart, knees slightly bend, grasp each handle, extend arms and hold out in front of your body at chest height. Palms facing in. Pull arms back and to the side of your body until your hands are aligned with your shoulders. Return to start and repeat.
Perform 3 set of 8-12 repetitions.
Rest 30-60 seconds between each set.

Side Note:
If unable to accomplish 8 repetitions, choose a lighter resistance.
