Model Description: The Theragear Fit Band Resistant System increases difficulty from pink to purple and then red. Having a set allows you to use the band that fits the muscles being strengthened. For example, the purple are perfect for most arm workouts, while the red are great for legs. You can even tie them into loops for some exercises. The pink are perfect for the muscle groups that aren't yet strong enough for the purple band. The combined resistance is ideal for Sports and Athletes. Please note the Fit Bands contain natural rubber latex.
